WELCOME BACK TO SCHOOL!!!!

Queridos padres y madres del Baladre 

Ya tenemos las instrucciones y el codigo de activación para que vuestros hij@s puedan disfrutar de todos los juegos y actividades, asi como las historias, etc de ROOFTOPS. 

Os entregaremos una hoja con las instrucciones y el codigo de activación, pero por si acaso, aqui os adjunto la copia que daremos, por si se pierde o la necesitais ver en cualquier momento:

Para que los alumnos de 1º y 2º puedan disfrutar de las canciones que aprendemos en casa, como cuando iban a infantil, hemos creado este acceso para que podais descargarlas y hacer un CD o un USB para que ellos las escuchen fuera de la escuela.

Además los alumnos de 1º y 2º aprenderán a leer en inglés este año.Utilizarán un PHONICS READER BOOK  Les vendrá muy bien que puedan escuchar las historias en casa, y vosotros comparar y ver lo bien que lo hacen.

Hemos recibido muchas demandas por parte de los niños/as y padres y madres para que vuelva el blog y los juegos y actividades que en él había.

Os pedimos que lo visitéis siempre como herramienta de repaso, para estudiar más, para jugar...

Simplemente tenéis que ir a la pagina del nivel de vuestro hijo/a y pulsar sobre el nombre de la actividad y ¡¡¡a jugarrrr!!!

World Book Day is celebrated every year on April 23. UNESCO undertakes the responsibility of the event. With the help of the event, UNESCO aims to inculcate reading habits among people, especially the youth and highlight the various issues surrounding authors, publishers and other related parties.

The first ever World Book Day was celebrated on April 23, 1995. The date as decided by UNESCO as it was also the death and birth anniversary of William Shakespeare, a world famous author. The date also coincided with the death anniversary of Miguel de Cervantes, who was a noted Spanish author.

The idea of the day was taken from a Spanish tradition. April 23rd has always been celebrated as "The Rose Day" in Spain. On this day, people exchanged roses for showing their love and support, much like the Valentine's Day. However, in 1926, when Miguel de Cervantes dies on the day, people exchanged books instead of roses in order to commemorate the death of the great author. The tradition continues to this day in Spain and that's from where the idea of the World Book Day came about.

Look how much fun we had in 2nd grade today

To check all the photos of your children go to the 2nd grade page. You will enjoy them and have so much fun! 

Today they dressed their partners up with real clothes. They laughed, they worked in groups and they learnt a lot of English! A wonderful class to remember!

Look at the new wallcharts

We already changed the wallcharts at school for the new units. They look great! So our children can look the vocabulary over and over again.
